Is anyone else having problems with a lot of buffering on all channels? Everything was working great and today it is unwatchable. I have rebooted my modem/router and rebooted each client device and the pc running the server. I can run the Directv app and there is no buffering. Any thughts? Thanks in advance. I have a lot of occasional OSD pop up with a quick spinning circle and then a return to normal. Occasionally at the same time I also see blocking in the image, so I have always written it off to a glitch in the cable signal from my primes.
However I do wish channels could more easily absorb these glitches.
This problem I have just started today otherwise it was working great. Also the Directv app works perfect with no buffering.
You don't mention what source.
Since you compare it with the directv app, should we assume your source is TVE channels?
Apps get their streams from a different source than Channels TVE does.
The bast way to tell if it's Channels or the TVE source is to view the Channels TVE source directly with a browser to compare.
That would be the live streaming network websites.

I am using TVE with Directv login. I just tried the history channel and a couple others and they stream fine in a browser on pc. When I try in channels in a browser it buffers a lot. Whats weird is it has been working great for quite a while. I even tried setting it up on a different pc with same results.
Not sure what was going on but seems to be working fine now. Weird things happen I guess.
