Low end dedicated PC for Channels DVR?

I'm thinking of buying a cheap celeron PC (specs:

  • Intel J4125 2.00 GHz Processor
  • 4 GB of Ram
  • 256 GB of Storage
  • Intel UHD Graphics 600
) to use as a dedicated Channels DVR server
it will record 1-2 shows at a time, while possibly playing back a saved (or live) show - but only playing one at a time(I'm the only one who uses it) .
All playback via Apple TV 4K streamer

Is this setup sufficient? Don't want to set it up to find things are choppy, etc.

TIA

This is supposed to be a good one I believe there is a $40 dollar coupon ...when you add to cart.

As long as you use a larger capacity external drive for your recordings, that should be quite sufficient. (I used a similar machine as a DVR for years without issue, including remote streaming.)

Yes an external 8TB drive

I ran my server on something much, much, much, worse:
