M3U Server option

Hello,

What would be great for all those using Channels as a back end tuner manager for Emby, Plex, and others would be a completely different mode.

Right now due to the hardware I'm running the server on, and the fact that I'm using a Sched Direct subscription for the Emby guide, I've disabled Bonjour and DVR. The problem with that is other than the CPU I don't see much activity. It would be nice to see the m3u streams pulling from the server when going to the settings page, among other relevant stats. Possible some sort of resource calculator that limits concurrent streams would be great as well.

So to be clear what I'm suggesting is a mode change that disables all unnecessary processes, and provides a dashboard and settings more relevant to someone using the server to stream m3u, with the option to enable XMLTV which would make Channels start populating its guide. The mode should also reject all connection attempts by the Channels app.

Hell, if you guys make another product out of it and brand it differently, you might be able to pick up hundreds of customers currently using Emby, Plex, and others that could make use of this. Although you might have to trim the fee a bit to get there. Especially for Tivimate people.

It's just an idea!
