This is regarding the Web UI - With all my other sources when selecting a source in the guide I see ONLY those channels in the guide.
When a select an M3U source (I am using 2 M3U sources) I am seeing guide listings for both sources.
Is this the expected result?

I believe this is because, internally, all M3U sources are assigned the same DeviceID: X-M3U
(I, too, have noticed this, and this was my conclusion.)
I don't have this issue. I have separate m3u sources for Pluto and Stirr. I can switch the Web UI Guide between either by changing the source dropdown. The only time channels from both are visible are when I select "All Sources". I am not saying that the OPs mentioned issue is not there, but it must have something to do with that specific configuration.
Yeah I guess I should have mentioned I also use Pluto and I don't have the issue with Pluto, only the M3U sources I have created myself. Good catch though.
Not that you want to add another app to your workflow but Xteve is amazing for managing your own / multiple M3Us.
