I set my mac with channels dvr to shut down at 1 am currently. Looking on my log last night activity appeared to cease around 00.15am on channels. But when i check the mac in the morning it tells me that it’s just about to shut down. Could there be something in channels that is stopping my mac shutting down?
The DVR will prevent your Mac from shutting down only if it is busy recording, detecting commercials or if someone is watching something.
