Hi,
This week I migrated my Channels DVR from an older MacBook Air to a newer one. As a result, I can no longer access my DVR from iOS or from my TV. I also had a PlayOn Cloud account which automatically moved recordings to the DVR. The files are on an external drive "Media".
Here are the logs. I would appreciate any hints to regain access to the DVR and start using PlayOn again.
I had used the Restore from a backup solution. I saw the sticky note on Migration and seemed to have followed all the steps (but not 100% sure how to delete it from the old Mac).
On Nov 2nd the DVR settings (see PDF) showed the new DVR. Today, on Nov 4th the DVR settings (see PDF) show the old DVR. I have turned off WIFI on the old Mac until this situation is straightened out and I fully understand how to delete it.
Also I have the 2 Macs Channels Account details attached as a PDF to show that the addresses are the same now.
I also attached the latest log in a MS Word Document.
Would appreciate help on this and thank you in advance.
