Major failure

Situation: Two TV's streaming Channels DVR TVE. Suddenly, one TV gets a failure to play video or similar notification. Other TV is fine. This has happened a couple of times in the last few days.

Try to http to the server but it fails.

Have to hard boot the computer the server is on. When re-booted, this is the recent log:
