Marking series episodes as recorded

Using the DVR Web UI.

Trying to record some previously aired series episodes that I missed recording.

I don’t want to record every repeat episode of the series that airs, only the episodes I’m missing.

I’ve set up a series pass for the series and would like to mark the upcoming episodes I already have as recorded. I see you can mark those you’ve recorded with Channels DVR as “Mark as not recorded”, but I would also like the opposite since the recordings were made before I started using Channels DVR.

Is this possible, or is there a better way to do it?

This is not possible right now. You could put rules on the Pass to ignore older seasons or episodes, like SeasonNumber > 8

So, if I instead find an episode in the DVR Web UI Guide and select it to record, if it later disappears from the guide, or moves to another date or time, will it still record that episode wherever it moved to?

If not, I’ll just keep watching the season pass and skipping those episodes I don’t want to record.

No, only season passes will update automatically based on guide changes.
