For those who want to add missing Pluto stations like Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune:

Pluto TV - no Wheel of Fortune or Jeopardy channels - #22 by babsonnexus

EDIT:

The above method doesn't work because Pluto put in a new requirement that makes it not viable for the missing stations. However, there is now a Docker that will give you all of the stations, including these missing ones:

It can't work because it was deleted. That was my initial point. IIRC the guy who manages that site got takedown notices under the DMCA.

Ok. Thanks. I'm sure it's under the US global one, but there is over 1700 channels and the limit is 750.

The file your Plex Source points to was us.m3u8 (see pic below)

It doesn't exist anymore. It appears all the m3u8 playlists there have been deleted, likely a DMCA takedown.

That's why it doesn't work anymore.

For that task, PLM is your friend:

There’s also a service called m3u4u.com that lots of folks use for this sort of thing but my experience with that was terrible.
