Match Content Frame Rate doesn't work for 25fps files

I have Match Content Frame Rate enabled on my Apple TV and other apps seem to be able to switch to 25hz for 25fps content, but Channels DVR doesn't seem to do it when I'm playing a 25fps file. I feel like this was working at one point but now isn't, so I thought maybe a new update caused this.

I can confirm that Match Content Frame Rate does work with 24fps content, just not 25fps.
