Mi Box not getting guide info

My Mi Box is not getting any guide information. I just set it up several days ago with Channels and it has yet to successfully show guide information. The grid is totally empty. And the other channel views show just the channel name and logo, not the program currently on. It is able to see and play DVR recordings, however.

My Nvidia Shield on my main setup has guide information. Both are wired connections.

Does the DVR web UI show data on the Guide tab?

I went to check and all the sudden the Mi Box is now getting guide information.

Okay, so this seems to be a problem more than it's not. This is my bedroom TV so it's not used daily, but it is not getting guide data 90% of the time.

I just submitted a guide diagnostics about 30 minutes ago.
