Migrating from a Kodi library

Hi, I'm giving Channels a test run and I'm running into some issues:

  1. My existing media from Kodi had separate SRT files for captions, in the folder where the media is. For some reason, when I play them back in Channels, there is no option to turn them on.

  2. My existing media from Kodi had custom artwork that I curated from theposterdb and channels doesn't seem to be pulling that artwork that is saved in the same folder as the media.

Any ideas on how to fix these issues?

Welcome to Channels. I don't know the answer for the first. You can add the artwork for each video manually. That may be a lot of work.

What do the file names of the SRT files look like? An example?

The srt files have yo be named the same as the media (they can be appended with eng, that is ok). Then in the client if you choose captions you can select the cc track you want
