I'd like to move my Channels DVR from a Drobo 5N to an Intel Mac mini and I'm following the official documentation, here: https://getchannels.com/docs/articles/how-to/migrate-dvr-to-new-computer/
I know it's a fairly simple process but I can't seem to figure out how to migrate the data directory from the Drobo NAS. I have the Dropbear drobo app installed for SSH but I keep getting "Permission denied, please try again." when I try to connect using root, the Drobo's admin, or user account.
Does anyone have any advice? I very much appreciate it.
