If I am using closed captioning and then fast-forward or skip comercials, the closed captions turn off. The setting in the menu is still set to on and a quick switch to off and back on fixes it.
Thanks for reporting. Did you notice this on the previous betas or only starting with the most recent?
I am fairly sure it was only with the most recent beta but am not 100% certain.
