Missing a channel but have the channel when logging into the channel website

I updated my guide and lost 2 channels. What can I do to get them back? I still have the channels when logging into the channels website/app.

How did you update your guide (and lost 2 channels)?
What 2 channels did you lose?
What is the source device for the channels (HDHR tuner/TVE/?)?
What channels website/app still shows those channels you lost?

I am using the TVEverywhere app on my laptop. I lost the Abc 11 & Fox 50 channels. I did a redownload of the guide to see more days

You are giving very vague information.

If you want help you either need to provide more information or contact channels support via email or another avenue. This is their community website where users help users. And as a user, I have no idea what you're talking about.

I guess it is the channels dvr server. I honestly do not know. I only ever use it on my laptop. On the settings page of the dvr server, there is an option to redownload the guide to get the updated 14 days of programming.

Try selecting the "All Channels" view...
