I'm using Philo and for some reason, the Cooking Channel is showing up in All channels but not in Favorites. I tried rescanning and closing the Channels DVR app and reopening it but nothing seems to bring it into favorites. I even un-added it from Favorites and re-added it but still didn't work.
Please submit diagnostics from the app.
What app/platform/device?
It's odd, I have 2 Apple TVs 4th gen, and my iPhone and iPad. On one of my apple tvs and my iPhone all the channels show up in favorites. But, on the other apple tv and iPad there are 2 or 3 channels not showing up in Favorites but they are in All Channels.
