Missing guide data and jittery playback

I'm having an issue with my channels DVR on both my android phone as well as my fire stick. I am missing all my guide information as well as my playback on seems to be any channel will play for a few seconds then buffer. Another issue is it is taking a very long time for the app to load on both platforms as well. I have verified its not an issue with my HDHR as playback works fine on both device in the HDHR app. I've submitted diagnostic information for both guide and playback.

I have also tried reinstalling the channels DVR app to my NAS to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You mentioned reinstalling the software on the NAS. Did you also reboot it? Could be a performance issue of some kind on the NAS that a reboot might clear up. If not, I would recommend looking in the DVR logs via the web UI to see if any errors are logged at the time of the issue.

Yes I did reboot the NAS before I reinstalled it.

I reinstalled everything again and it seems to have fixed the issue. Not sure why the first time it was unsuccessful.
