Missing Guide Data - Certain HD Channels - M1 Mac

Hi.

I'm trying to move away from Windows Media Centre (now 8.1) which has served me very well since 2005.

Currently running channels DVR on a M1 Mac mini using the beta Apple silicon build. Just to complicate things, I'm also in Australia.

I have everything set up and "working", using the latest build and the community guide data from this link:

https://i.mjh.nz/au/Adelaide/epg.xml

I've also submitted diagnostics logs:

f3b55a30-2cd6-46f0-a4dc-6b1134572bff

As I said, everything looks to be working except the guide data for certain HD channels, namely ABCTVHD, SBSHD, 7HD, 7MateHD, 9HD and 9GEMHD. Most of them will work, so I can view whatever is being broadcast but there's no guide data at all and, obviously, no passes can be created.

I have the IOS app running on both iPhone and iPad; the iPad shows guide data for everything, the iPhone matches the server/DVR.

Any and all suggestions welcome.

Specs:
Mac mini M1 - 8GB/256GB
Channels DVR 2021.03.30.0356
OS macOS Big Sur 11.2.3

You can fix guide data mappings by clicking the gear icon next to the HDHR, select Manage Lineup, then click the gear icon next to each channel that is missing guide data and select the correct logo.

I think that might be my issue; there is no logo for the HD versions of the channels I've mentioned so I had selected the non-HD logo, assuming this would populate the data, but it doesn't.

Aman,

I went searching for another xml guide and discovered I had a subscription for IceTV that doesn't expire until late November this year. No idea where it came from as I haven't really used IceTV in probably 10 years.

No matter, using that xml data, my guide is now complete so I can continue my evaluation.

Thanks again.

J.
