Over the last few weeks, I've had missing Guide Data for one station in my lineup. Fox 16 locally only shows 8 to 12 hours of guide data. The other stations appear to have about two week
What confuses me is :
Fired up the Plex live TV and that channel guide shows no issues with this station
When I search, I come up with content a week or more out with that station
How do I fix this?
What device and app are you using and where on it do you see only 8-12 hrs of guide?
Does the DVR web admin grid guide show more than 8-12 hrs?
What is the call sign for your Fox 16?
Are you receiving it from an HDHR tuner?
Station is FOX16, WPBI-LD
I am using a HDhomerun quattro tuner
Playback is with an ONN pro android streaming box. Also tested with an Amazon fire stick and ONN 4k streamer
Good point about the channel guide in the administrative app. The channel guide shows up fully in that. It makes sense in that I can search for shows beyond ~8 hours, it just doesn't show up, n the app channel guide
The developers will need to answer the question since their app doesn't display the full guide data their server does.
Sounds like you're using the non-DVR app and it's not connected to your server.
Are you able to record from the app?
I am using the channels DVR app from the Google Play store. My ~6th year
Able to record with no issues, even on the problematic station
The main change in my setup in the last few months was the ONN Pro streamer. Will connect my old Nvidia shield and see if I have the same issue with it
I retired my shield after 9 years, it was intermittently green screening and shutting off
I think I have narrowed my issue with guide data. This is the guide from my ONN pro streamer, running the channels DVR app , version 2.80. one station only has about 8 hours of data. Also, scrolling the guide data is erractic , and at times the guide data is out of sync with the time line.
My other two streamers, a fire stick and a ONN 4K, are running channels DVR app version 2.71 and work fine
I side loaded the channels DVR version 2.71 from the ONN 4K and installed it on the "problem" ONN Pro streamer. It now works fine! The problem was with the 2.80 version of the app
I had the ONN pro set to automatically update apps, which is why my older ONN streamer was running the older version of the software

Channel for Android TV. came out with Version 2.9 on 02/19/25. I've run it for the last few days and it seems to have fixed the issues I had with the 2.8 version of the app
Apparently, the new Google Steamer was having the same issues as the ONN boxes
