Missing guide data for Ziply Fiber

I just noticed that my guide data is missing for Ziply Fiber on my Prime. I still have data for my Quatro OTA. I tried to redownload all guide data, but it’s still not showing in either the app or the web guide. What should I check?

I just noticed this in the log:

I think you need to reset the provider and pick Ziply again.

I removed the provider from the Prime and re-added Ziply (it probably still had the old Frontier provider). I also deleted and redownloaded the guide database. I still don’t have guide data for this tuner in Channels. I do see the guide data in the HDHomerun app, if that means anything.

How many channels listed under your HDHR?

Try clicking gear icon and select Sync Mapping
