Missing Guide Data HDR Prime

I’m missing guide data for HDR Prime tuner with latest release

It looks like your guide database has gotten corrupted somehow. Please do the following to fix it:

  • open http://127.0.0.1:8089
  • uncheck the DVR checkbox
  • open Finder.app
  • press Apple + Shift + G
  • copy/paste into the box: ~Library/Application Support/ChannelsDVR/data
  • select the two directories that start with USA-MN and delete them
  • find the TV icon in the mac menu bar (next to clock) and click it to select Restart
  • refresh the browser window
  • check the DVR checkbox again

Alternatively, an easier solution would be to run the Channels DVR installer again. Pick the uninstall option to delete the DVR software, then run it again to install the software again. Once installed, open http://127.0.0.1:8089/restore to navigate to your recordings folder to restore all your passes and recordings from a backup.

Had to uninstalled and restore. It’s working now. Thanks.
