Missing guide data on OTA channels

We had an internet outage, during that time the guide data went missing, which is unfortunate, I thought it would be cached on the dvr server for 14 days.

Now internet is now back up and OTA channels still don't have DVR guide data. I have redownloaded the DVR data, reloaded the lineup, and did sync station mapping, whatever that last one is. Nothing is bringing back the guide for OTA

are your clients connected to the DVR?

I would assume so, I am able to pause and rewind, also TVE works.

Can you make recordings? Is the schedule right in the web-UI? That is the first thing to check. Then relaunch your client apps.

In the web UI, looks like my OTA recordings are missing from schedule. Also in web UI, DVR data is missing from Live TV guide for OTA channels, TVE seems fine.

That's usually due to the dvr not seeing the tuner.
Is the tuner assigned a zip code and has guide data?
Maybe the IP address of the tuner changed?
Try Scan Network from Sources gear dropdown.

The ota channels were playing just fine, but I removed the tuner and added it back, dvr data returned. same IP, very strange.
