Missing Guide Data - USA-OH34469-X

I am a new user so please forgive if I don’t provide all the info you need.

I have figured out most of the app, but have one issue - minor really.

I don’t have an option to map my ch 157.1 (Hall_Dr(Hallmark Drama)) there is no listing for this channel.

It is not present in the web UI. It is present and playable via HDHomeRun app and guide data is available there. It is listed in Zap2it. Lineup: MCTV Stark County - Digital - Massillon Zip: 44646

Not really sure where my guide data is provided from Channels App or Silicondust.

Did you try clicking the pencil icon under your HDHR, and then next to 157.1 to map it to the right station?

Yes. There is no listing for 157.1 I am using the listing for the HD version 757.

Can I get some input here on how to fix this?

The HD listing works, but the SD listing is missing from the options.

Does mapping to HD guide data not work? Are you watching the SD channel instead of HD for some reason?

After clicking the plus icon next to 157, did you try searching for HALL or 52 to find the sd version of hallmark?

Mapping to the HD version (757) works.

I was just trying to report it was missing the SD listing.

The SD listing is present in the HDHR App so I am confused on how to approach the issue. I don’t know where the guide info is coming from. If it is from the tuner, then there is an issue with Channels DVR. If the guide info is coming from Channels DVR then the provider should be able to fix it.

I searched for all possibilities to find it.

Sorry I just don’t know enough about the software at this point to determine where the issue lies.

Okay I understand.

We use the same source as zap2it.com, where I see HALL is listed as channel 52 for your zipcode. So you should be able to click the plus icon next to 157 and type in either HALL or 52 to find the correct mapping. Does that work or not?

This is not HALL (Hallmark Channel) it is Hallmark Drama.

Yes Hallmark Drama is listed also in Zap2it as Channel 157.

Not 52 ----157

Got it. Sorry for the confusion!

Since the data is available in the HDHR app, I’ve added a way to import guide data mappings from their database. I assume the channel has a logo in their app?

To try out the import feature, first upgrade your DVR to the latest pre-release by holding down the SHIFT key on your keyboard and clicking Check for Updates. After the update is complete, click the circle refresh icon under your HDHR.

There is a logo in the HDHR app.

2018.10.02.1857 --Is this the update version? I am not seeing anything newer.

After doing a refresh, I am not seeing a way to import. Is there a delay in seeing that? or am I just missing it?

Clicking the refresh icon does the import. It will only import things that are blank, so if you have it mapped to 757 still first remove that.

Okay. I did as you instructed. I actually had a bit of trouble, I could not delete/unmap channel 157 on my CableCard prime – don’t know what the issue was, so I just deleted it, then a refresh but that channel 157 in mapped to 757 (HD version). Is that what you intended?

What do you mean by “I just deleted it”? When you click into the pencil editor, it should have shown an X next to 157. Was it not letting you click that?

You can try a force import by holding down SHIFT and clicking the circle refresh icon.

Yeah I thought that might be unclear - I clicked the trash can next that Prime tuner to delete the lineup.
There was no “X” next to any channel on the prime, just the edit pencil. Though now there is an “X” after I map a channel on the prime. I don’t know what the issue is/was.

But there still is no 157 to be imported or mapped manually. Honestly that is fine, I only brought this up because it is odd, no issues for any other channel.
