Missing guide data

I’ve installed the DVR on my Macbook Pro, but it looks as though the guide data is not showing after the download completed. The Activity shows “Idle” and the tuner section shows the PRIME has found 287 channels. Additionally, when I load the app on the the ATV I no longer see guide data and all the HD channels just show the generic channel logo. SD channels show the channel logo properly as they did before I installed the DVR. The new menu options show, but without guide info I can’t do much.

I found after rebooting I had to check the “Enable DVR” button again, but that didn’t seem to make a difference.

I think you need to select the DIGITAL version of your cable provider after you enter your zipcode.

Ack - you are correct! I had multiple Comcast options and it looks like I selected the wrong one. The guide now shows all the channels properly. Thanks for the quick response!

I too am running DVR a Macbook Pro and having guide issues; idle but only about 2 days of guide is loaded. Do not know how to get back to the place where I check that I have DIGITAL version of my cable provider and enter my zip. Please explain how to get back to that “starting point”. Thank you
