Missing guide data

I'm missing the guide data for CBS and one of my PBS stations. If I pick either of those there is programming on but I can't tell what it is and I can't set any recordings. Really strange.!

What source are these stations coming from? Any errors in the DVR logs ?

Both are tve stations from FUBO as best I can tell. FUBO is my only source. I receive two PBS stations and the other works fine. Now, neither of the station will work from the guide. I have to use the "On Now". Even then I don't know what is on. Very strange.

Going directly to FUBO, CBS works fine, but neither PBS station shows. To be honest I can't remember if FUBO carries a PBS as I don't watch it that often.

I did find errors.

Those errors indicate your client device is becoming unreachable on the network. What client device are you using? Is it connected via wifi?

I'm using an nVidia Shield for both, using wifi. Why wouldn't all of the guide be out then?

Not sure about that, just interpreting the log entries. Is the same shield both the client and the server in this case?

What does that mean? Going directly to FUBO
Maybe the other local networks require provider auth, but not PBS as far as I know.
Supposedly these PBS stations are streaming if your geo-location puts you there...

Yes, it is.

Fubo is the only source I have.

Don't know what you mean when you say Going directly to FUBO.

Using a FUBO or NETWORK app, or using Channels DVR.
If Channels DVR, how are you viewing it, web UI or which Channels App, etc.
Does your Channels DVR log show any errors when fetching daily guide data.

You either need to provide more info for the Community to help you, or you need to submit diagnostics and wait for a dev to help you,

I mean that Fubo is my only source. I'm using the dvr app on my Note 10 at moment.

I assume that's a Galaxy Note 10.
Are you viewing remote or local?
What about the DVR logs, any errors?
If you're local, does it work from the DVR web UI?
Does the Channels DVR web UI Guide show listings?
Any errors when you edit your channel lineup for those channels?

All I can say is I'm getting my guide data for my experimental local NBC(6000), ABC(6001), CBS(6003) and PBS(6004) stations with Channels DVR.

Here is the only error I can find. There is an identical one for the PBS station. Viewing local. It does not work from the UI. I can still access both those networks from "on now".

What error

No guide data, or viewing doesn't work?

I would suggest you submit diagnostics from the DVR Server to the devs if you can't see guide data there.

I assume you've already tried deleting an recreating the guide data on the server, using Delete and Recreate Database.

No guide data. I'll try and recreate the guide now.

No luck. I'll submit.

Don't know what happened or changed, but I have CBS back. Now I just need my other PBS station.

I spoke to soon. No matter what I do, or what address I use, I can't access the web interface!
