I've been using channels dvr a couple of weeks now using an appletv4k device. My DVR server is running on an HP6300 PC and that's all it's used for. I have imported a lot of movies I had collected over the years and most of them populated the Metadata and screen icons without trouble. I have one that did not show up on the appletv 4k, but shows up on the server and on my Android phone. The movie is The Little Things. You can see a screen shot from my phone below. Any thoughts why it does not show up on the atv4k? The movie is there, plays fine,, but it only shows a blank icon image.
Did you try to correct at the server?
Maybe there is a cache on the device that could be cleared.
Or maybe temporarily remove it (copy over to somewhere safe first) , then be sure it is gone from device with the issue completely, then try adding it back?
Just a couple thoughts that may or may not work...
