I have two tuners, Connect and Extend. All Icons appear on Extend but only a few on Connect, even when that channels appears on both tuners.
All Icons on both tuners do appear on the DVR web interface on my my MacMini.
Which icons are you referring to?
The channel Icons on the On Now page.
Do both tuners have the same DVR lineup set on the web UI settings?
The tuners have different lineups on the web UI. Of course some of the stronger channels appear on both tuners.
Today there are Icons and synopsis on all pages, but some do not match what is actually on that tuner.
Does Channels need to be running to receive the 5am update?
Only the DVR server needs to be running. And if you see correct data in the web admin it should translate over to the app too.
Can you confirm everything is correct on the Guide tab of the web admin UI. You would need to switch between hdhomeruns on the top right.
Then try restarting the ATV app. Click TV/Home twice and swipe up.
The Guide on the web UI has the incorrect synopsis. The channel icon is correct (ABC, CBS, NBC etc.). The program is icon is wrong.
Most of the channels are correct for both channel and program icon.
Can you post the lineup setting for each of your hdhomeruns?

Yes the DVR web UI’s settings tab where the hdhomeruns are listed. It should say DVR: XXX below each one.
If I deselect DVR on the web UI the Program Icons on “On Now” are always correct. Occasionally and very briefly is the Icon are correct with DVR selected.
It also seems the zip code affects the icon, but I haven’t figured out the combination.
Who is your TV provider? Are you seeing correct guide data on the Guide tab of the DVR web UI
