Missing images in series pass view

Recently many new HDHomeRun series passes I’ve created have missing series images, instead Channels DVR shows a blue ? The issue is visible in the DVR server web as well in the tvOS, iPad and iPhone Channels apps. Is there anyway to fix this? It seems like Channels is trying to display a generic placeholder image but that’s also missing.

I just thought it was the new normal. All of mine display the placeholder-placard.png

@tmm1 Hi any ideas on this and do my diagnostics show anything? It seems like my DVR isn’t even showing the placeholder image like chDVRUser.

Yea it seems like a different issue specific to UK
