Missing Library Entries, PlayOn

I had downloaded several seasons of a series using PlayOn and all seemed fine. Then I discovered that the Closed Captions on some of the episodes were bad, so I deleted the files and downloaded new copies. The new MP4 files are in the same folder with the older non-corrupted files, but they don't show up in Channels->Library->Shows like the old ones do.

Is there any way to rebuild the Library list?

One way to address this is to move all the files to the Personal Media are for Imported TV Shows. You point to the directories under sources. Look up how to name them to maintain Seasons and Episodes
