I have one locast channel that is missing it's logo in the guide. It is Dallas KTXADT, 21.1. I have tried the refresh station logos function, downloading the entire guide and restarting the server. If I login to locast via the web or firetv app the logo is there so I don't think it is a locast issue. Any ideas?
I have that same issue and obviously not for Locast but I have a HDHomeRun and I have contacted them but still no response to change the logo.
Since Channels DVR gets it guide info and logo images from zap2it. This Channels logo will not be displayed becaue thier source shows none for it. You will have to create a custom channels like I have.

The red box is a url pasted from the internet where the logo image I searched for.
I made this custum channel as top priority so the images will be displayed in the guide. This has worked out well for me. I also do this for my locals so I can display broadcasters unique logos.
Nice. I have never created a custom channel. Could you send me a screen shot of the entire Custom Channel tab for this so that I can see the other settings?

Does the logo appear in the official HDHR app? If not, please email [email protected] with your HDHR device ID and the channel number
In my case I am not using HDHR. I am using locast.
I think the point being if SiliconDust can get Gracenote to add the logo and the station id being used for locast is the same as the one being used for OTA, then you'll see it.
I have emailed them about 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back from support.
