Missing NFL Red Zone in guide

Hello -

I recently had NFL Red Zone added to my cable package. I have verified my HDHomeRun Prime tuner can see it but it does not appear in the guide on my Apple TV or on the web interface for the DVR server.

My guide data is USA-PA37810-X. NFL Red Zone SD should be on 276, and HD should be mapped to both 861 and 1216.

Channels DVR appears to know the channels should exist as when I edit the lineup associated with the tuner they are mapped there. Is there something I should be doing to make this appear in the guide?

Click the circle refresh icon under your HDHR to force a guide refresh. Normally it happens around 9am every day.
