I just set up my HDHomeRun Extend in a new location and have encountered a very odd problem. Specifically, a prime network channel 5.1 (ABC) is not getting picked up. That wouldn’t be so unusual on its own, but what makes this odd is that the scan IS picking up all of that stations sub channels (5.2,5.3,5.4, and 5.6) and all of the other major networks also coming from that same location so it doesn’t make sense that this one prime channel is being completely omitted from the lineup. I can watch all of the noted sub channels just fine as well without issue so it’s not like a range / quality thing.
Any thoughts on what’s going on here? Anyone else seen this before? Thank you!
