My thumbnails have gone missing on the recordings tab. They were there yesterday. Restarted the dvr and Apple TV but no luck. Latest version of all software.

This is a known issue that started two hours ago, due to a problem on our guide providers image servers. We have contacted them and are waiting on a fix.

Thanks for the update, just logged on to research since i (obviously) have the same issue. I’m just glad it’s “not me” that somehow messed something up. Thanks for being on top of things! Still by far the best app on ATV
Noticed the same thing. Misery loves company.

BTW, the thumbnails still appear when accessing Channels via a browser. (Perhaps they are a different size and weren’t dropped by the provider.)
I noticed the same thing on my setup. Logging into the web view there are still thumbnails showing. On iOS and Apple TV, they’re missing.
Cool I just started using channels & had to change to a different file location & it was bugging me!!! I will also add that the images are showing up now on the top of the Apple TV menu, if that helps.
This is back to normal now.
