So completely flumoxed here
I have a virtual channel that won't show up on a channel collection on a specific apple tv even though it does on other apple tvs with the same settings also local to the server
On top of that other virtual channels show up fine
the sources are all allowed on both devices and nothing would stop the channel from showing up - don't even know where to begin on troubleshooting
Did you try and clear the data from the app to force a reload of the app (that's how you do it on Android, not sure on Apple....perhaps an uninstall and reinstall)?
The Apple app actually updates in real time and I know no way to do that without uninstall and reinstall
The Apple TV is remote so I can’t do that right now

You are able to assign different Channel Collections to different clients. Is that what's causing the issue?
It’s the same channels collection
Every channel but one is available on this client …works everywhere else
It must be marked hidden on that Apple TV
oh my goodness - anyway to reverse that remotely? i knew there was something basic i was missing
Would deleting the device and rebuilding do it?
So i thought i could fix this by making a new channel with a different name while leaving the old virtual channel alone - i added it to the channel collection and ...still doesn't show up on her tv - she never had time to hide it
