Getting a mixture of Spanish & English subtitles; can't figure out
where they are coming from; Client: Firestick 4K Backend: WIN 10 running
latest Beta release; seen this for awhile; quite annoying; tried toggling all the
settings that I know of.must be something simply but Channels DVR search did
not render any similar issues; I hope this is not a feature!!
On what channels? Can you email a test recording with the issue.
I was watching CBS live this AM; it has happened before; I'll
check a recording to see if there is subtitle corruption
Sorry..mis-wrote in my original post; it is channel 6000 NBC
live or recorded that the subtitles are mixed spanish & english;
other channels including ota appear to be ok; still want a snippet of video?
How do I go about getting you a video, BTW?
Subtitles seem to be behaving now; updated server s/w;
the beta versions of Channels DVR..they do not auto update?
