I see the transcoder for web player has 1080 at 10 8 and 6 mbps. Is it possible to have these options for remote streaming for Apple Tv’s and iOS devices?

I was thinking take the resolution out of the picker, and just set a streaming rate, and keep the native resolution of the source.
When you have a slow connection, like I get at football tailgates when 80,000 people are in rural town, that wouldn’t work. You have to consider other use cases besides in home wifi streaming.
What’s the use case? H264 upscales really well so I’m not sure you would be able to tell any difference with the missing modes.
I just saw it was an option for browser viewing and noticed it wasn’t an option for ATV. Just wondering if it is possible.
