One thing I’ve realized I miss from my Verizon STB was the ability for the guide to mark an episode as “new” with an icon.
Is that information available in the guide feed you guys use? Right now I have to read the episode description in the guide and kinda guess whether or not I’ve seen it.
It is since you can see it when you click on something in the webui. That would be nice to see on the grid guide, too.
For DVR users, you can click and hold a program on the guide and it should show tags on the popup.
For non-DVR users, I think we show the New tag in the iOS app when you tap a program, but there’s no equivalent view on tvOS.
On iOS it tells me the date that I’m guessing it’s when it first aired but no tags. I looked at it earlier, but I’m also using remote access.
We need to put those pills up top in the guide! You’re right. We have the data and it’s too hard to get to it. We’ll add it to the list.

Would it be possible to also include the year the movie/show was released, season and episode number, and cast?
I know there’s more info like genre, TV rating, CC, and more that other people might be interested in as well.
Are there still plans to add “upcoming movies” to the app search?
