I'm using the new Silicon Dust tuner and comparing the same channel in ATSC 1 vs. 3, the 3 feed seems to have dropped frames or some sort of motion issue. If I tune into the same ATSC 3 feed using the HD app on my TV directly I'm not noticing the issue. I'm using the Beta version on the TiVo 4K streamer.
