Not sure how long this been happening, but I tune to MotorTrend 6114 and the stream is heavy pixelization, and jutter/ghosting. un-watchable.
It does it on both my Shields, one of which is using the Beta Channels app. Also does it in Web access.
Sever version: 2020.03.07.0019
So far it seems to be the only channel doing it.
The live tv stream at https://watch.motortrend.com/watch/motortrend works fine.
Changing from Hardware to software decode does not affect it.
EDIT: Fox 6002 does it a bit.
EDIT 2: REVN 6754 give error:

(I tried changing that chan to Philo login, and got a similar message with 401 Unauthorized at the end
