This seems complex to me but it probably really isn't. I'm a newbie still to the Synology Nas. So far it has worked wonderfully with channels. What I'm trying to do is this:
On drive 1 I installed channels and it works great. I installed another drive and tried to expand my storage pool. But I discovered I had selected the wrong type of raid for my first storage pool. So I've moved everything over to the second storage pool on drive 2. The only so still showing on drive 1 is channels. I've moved it in the app manager and it says that all updates will be installed on drive 2. But there hasn't been an update yet and it seems all of my recordings and database are still on drive 1.
So it's it as simple as moving everything to the other storage pool or what is the best way to handle this? I'm trying to empty the drive so I can expand the other storage pool to backup my phone's and act as a file server for home
