I have things organised as per Plex recommendations:

*/Movies/Movie name (YEAR)/Movie name (YEAR).mkv
Also, based on this, could movies be stored in their own folder inside the movie folder? This will make things a little neater: Movies/Movie Name (YEAR)/Movie Name (YEAR).mkv
At the moment things are all just clumped together.
