Movies not matching content HDR

I have a few movies that are not switching to HDR when played. When I play the same movies in Infuse or Plex they do auto switch. Other HDR movies work as expected. This same file doesn't switch to HDR on both Virtual Channels or playing direct from the Library.

Not sure if this means anything but the files that don't switch to HDR all have a Display FPS of 59 or higher. On the files that do switch to HDR it is 29 or so.

Any thoughts?

I was able to get it to work by turning off Match Frame Rate on the Apple TV

I noticed Deinterlacer is set to Linear. What does it do if you set it back to Hardware? Or is it saying Linear when you have it set to Hardware already?

Same issue when it is set to Hardware.
