I have moved the the DVR once before onto a new system and I am planning on doing it again this weekend. This time however I am taking the drive out and putting it in an external enclosure. Will my recordings still have the Comskip markers and still be recognized or will it need to be rescanned? And if it need to be rescanned how is that accomplished? Thanks.

Another quick question. How big is the DVR program. I’m taking a chance with a mini system with 32GB eMMC. This will be a Channels DVR only setup using Windows 10 64 bit. Just want to make sure I have enough space because I know it will be tight.
Should be fine. The guide database is stored on disk and probably won’t be bigger than 8GB
