I'm having the exact same issues. This all started about a week ago. Also running a HDHomerun Flex Duo and it still works fine. Only M3Us not working.
I remember this same issue cropping up a couple of months ago. A server (beta) update broke m3u's. If I remember correctly, think it had something to do with the user agent on the server side, but fixing that is way above my pay grade.
