Over the last several months MSG and YES .m3u8 streams no longer automatically update in my Channels app - I used to work around this by manually copying and pasting the new .m3u8 from the associated account's stream, but no longer works as consistently. Does anyone know of a workaround?
No fault to Channels, but the steady withdrawal of major TV channels from this service is seriously making me reconsider re-subscribing.
For MSG, I've moved on to attempting to subscribe to ESPN+, and using a VPN, and setting up the docker container. It works, most of the time, but I get random games missed due to something failing along the line.
I've also tried a standalone mini pc and using my spectrum login, I could record the games using the Chrome Capture tool. This also works most of the time now that I've got it all set up, but I've missed a number of games due to various reasons.
I've been attempting to record both versions hoping one of them would work.
I agree, it's very annoying having to jump through all of these hoops to get content I already pay for and should have access to.
The only option really is the fubo bridge or CC4C or HDMI/ah4c
I tried to download an APK for MSG+ on my firestick, but that didn't work either. Thank you for your help
