Question, I'm thinking of building another Linux box to host Channels DVR vs my main windows rig. Am I permitted to have 2 servers running on one account for about a week? Can't make the switch until I know it's working and won't have any glitches? TIA
You can have as many servers as you like. The only caveat is that only a single server can be used for remote access.
(If you create a VPN connection between the remote client and the server's network, then you can connect remotely to the server as if you were "At home" as far as the Channels app is concerned.)
