I'm staying with family and have been using Channels on different devices all weekend: a 2017 Apple TV 4K, an iPad Pro, and an M1 MacBook Pro. No matter what device I use, the DVR web UI says my iPad Pro is streaming.
At the time of the screenshot below, the Apple TV and MacBook were being used.
Yes, at the moment, devices are identified by IP when showing activity, so this is what happens for remote devices.
Thanks for explaining. This isn't a big deal, but labeling playback per device would be nice. Or, just making it less misleading in the current view if Channels know there are multiple devices per remote IP and can't differentiate them.
