Multiple guide providers not sticking

Hi, I have a problem when trying to map channels to guides.
I edit the guide and add multiple providers in the top section so it looks like this:

I'm able to map the channels using the new guide just fine but when I exit this screen clicking the x top right and go back in only the first guide is there and I've lost the other guides.

This is expected. Your mapped channels will stay mapped.
