Multiple Servers on the same SHIELD device?

Is there any way to run multiple servers on the same Nvidia SHIELD device, with each having their unique local port/url/browser settings pages? I'm planning to use tivimate as a client to access both sets of channel links.

Maybe an apk I could install that the OS will detect as a separate app?

Not without modifying the application and changing its signature. This is not something that can be supported on Android.
