I suspect that I don’t have something setup correctly. I have a new Quattro and a prime with the Quattro having higher priority. However, I don’t have the option to record on the Quattro channels nor view them remotely.
I am able to view the Quattro channels from home.
You need to open http://127.0.0.1:8089 on your DVR Mac and setup the guide data for your new tuner so it can be used for recording

Ok , I did that and I know have the ability to record and looking at the log I see the guide data is loaded.
However, the recording never really starts on this tuner. I see that the log states failed to start … no video data.
“No video data” is an error message from the hdhomerun. It means the antenna signal was not strong enough. It can also happen due to a firmware bug so make sure you don’t see any firmware update listed on http://my.hdhomerun.com
Ok, I am going to get a preamp and get the signal quality a little higher than it is now. If, I use this st home the channel will work but it takes 2x longer to start compared to the prime. If I do it remotely, it will never start.
